Here is what to expect

Initial selections
To make enrollment simple, your plan sponsor has made some initial selections for your Plan to get you started including:
  • Contribution rate
  • Investment fund
Enrolling in your plan
When you are ready to enroll, you will need your:
  • Social Security number
  • Gross income (annual or monthly)
  • Pay frequency

Once enrolled, you will have the option to update the initial selections made for you.
